There is a Pandemic Virus – and It’s Not What You Think

You don’t get to be 55 years old, a right smack dab in the middle Baby Boomer,
and not experience or witness a ton of life….

the great moments – a birth, a victory, the true glory of the human person,

the sad moments – losing loved ones, dreams shattered, the world or an individual
shaken by events sometimes outside of our control,

and

sometimes wrought by the fallen part of our human nature.

the boring, the mundane, the silly -

our dreams – for ourselves, families, friends and nations……..

In the end – we choose how we will respond – will we abandon our happiness,

lose hope in our dreams,

or will we have faith and confidence and hold onto joy?

Our decision has lifelong consequences – we pick our path. Do we roll over
and die,

or,

stand up and fight?

Obviously, staying in the game, holding onto our dreams and never ever quitting
are the better choices.

But a virus seems to be spreading to pandemic levels.

And, it’s not the Bird Flu – it’s FEAR.

It can snuff out dreams, love, joy – faster than a bolt of lightning.

I’ve seen FEAR affect people so hard and so fast that their lives come to a screeching halt.

I see it happening around the globe, and it’s time for the FEAR to end.

We have to wake up to the truth……….

Our lives are NOT controlled by the grisly doom of the media.

Our lives are NOT controlled by government,
or warring political parties…

NOR by the disaster du jour,

Our lives are about what we choose to DO
often in spite of how the world may be spinning around us.

It’s always been that way for mankind…

Our lives are about what we choose to DO, BELIEVE, BE….

We can choose not to be controlled by the FEAR,

We don’t need medication to control this virus,

The cure has always been right inside of each and every one of us.

The core of your writing while sounding reasonable initially, did not really work well with me personally after some time. Someplace throughout the paragraphs you were able to make me a believer but just for a very short while. I however have got a problem with your leaps in assumptions and one might do well to help fill in those breaks. In the event you can accomplish that, I will undoubtedly be impressed.

Good day! Do you know if they make any plugins to safeguard against hackers? I’m kinda paranoid about losing everything I’ve worked hard on. Any recommendations?
