Having a JOB is More Dangerous Than Being Unemployed

What??????????

You have a job, it pays well, it provides medical insurance and……….err, um “security.”

But if you’ve learned anything about what’s going on in the real world these days, you’ve seen the fallout – the giant untouchable corporations disapppearing overnight and along with them the “secure” jobs and all their benefits, even if the employee had a job paying over $200,000 a year.  Gone………poof.  And in today’s market, replacing that job isn’t an easy task.  Just take a look around at your friends who’ve been out of work for over a year.  And unemployment – you can’t live on that.

Having a disability which precludes my attempting to join the job market has actually been a blessing.  When it is impossible to re-join the employee world, you are forced to do one of two things.  Seek insufficient governement assistance or reinvent yourself.

Now I was lucky – I had entrepreneurship in my genes, even during my employment days.  So it wasn’t a difficult jump to understand the opportunity facing me.  The disabled are fortunate, in a sense, because they must make that decision:  dependence on others or reinvention of their entire perspective on wealth.

When you have a job – assuming the company doesn’t dissolve – you have one and only one client:  your boss.  When you become an enrepreneur, the loss of one client is not the end of your business.  Yes, it’s a loss, but it doesn’t mean “the end.”

But where does this all come from.  We are taught in school to do well so that we can get a good job.  Do you have any memory of being taught in school to become an entrepreneur?  Was their encoragement, excitement, education on the pitfalls and benefits?

NO!  At least I remember none.

As an entrepreneur, especially an at-home entrepreneur, you have a wide open schedule.  This is where it pays huge dividends to the disabled.  When the person is feeling o.k. – he or she can work.  When the disability impedes that work, there is an ever developing array of Assistive Technologies available to aid the disabled in areas where they need the assistance.  Their clients cannot fire them, because they can have hundred.  They are not restricted by taking an at home “job,” they can create a business that leverages off of other people and pays a residual income whether they work or not.

This IS the new economy.  Baby Boomers are flocking to it in droves.

BUT – there is a major pitfall.  If you don’t have the mindset and the abilities to do what is necessary to succeed, you will fail.

Did you know that the 90% determinant of whether a business fails or succeeds is not found in technology, the nature of the opportunity or the amount of effort put into to doing it?  No, it is found in the mindsetl.  Those who are too busy to develop their personal mindset and set a course of perpetual learning are practically doomed to fail.

Before choosing the opportunity, the most important things a new entrepreneur can do is invest his time and energy into changing his mind – change your mind, change your income and change your life.

It’s not the systems and launches I’ve been railing about – it is personal development.  It is the giveaway of others.

Imagine if 12 to 50 Baby Boomers set their minds to it, what  a powerful force we would become in this economy?  What is we learned to monetize our businesses early, with very little investment so that we could grow that business and our friends into financial success.

It is doable – but only if you stay far, far away from the “latest and greatest” online launch or scam.  We are reverting to an economy which gives of the simple freedom of helping each other and as a consequence of that helping ourselves.  It take a MAJOR shift from the “me, me, me” indoctrination you have learned…….

but it is the only one that is going to work and allow you to sleep at night.

To get started in this new pathway to the simple freedom of independence, check this out.  No pressure, no scams, no make-or-break systems, just people like you.  Go now – you cannot afford to wait.

Notice, I am NOT selling you on my Primary high paying opportunities.  And I have quite a few (multiple streams of income are good for many reasons).  That may come later, but who cares – I want you to succeed…..this is the relationship age.  What goes around will come around.
